COVID PRECAUTIONS:

We suggests face coverings to enter the haunted house, and they should be worn the entire time.

 

PATRON BEHAVIOR:

We do not allow the use of weapons, drugs, alcohol, foul language, obscene behavior etc... We reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone. Please be responsible and friendly to other patrons and all actors inside the haunted house.

 

COSTUMES:

We encourage everyone to dress up, however, we do NOT allow full face masks or props of any kind. We must be able to identify you as a patron and not one of our actors. You may be asked to remove your makeup costume.  If you have a question, please message us before you come.

 

PREGNANT WOMEN AND PEOPLE WITH ASTHMA:

We do not recommend pregnant women and people with asthma go through the haunted house.  Please consult your Physician or doctor for their recommendation.  We want ALL patrons to be safe and have a good time.

 

BAGS AND PURSES:

We do not allow any bags into the haunted house.  Please make arrangements prior to your visit.

 

EMERGENCY:

In case of an emergency or if you get too scared while inside the venue find the actor in the room closest to you and they will escort you outside.  Please note, we do not allow refunds, all sales are final.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

All tickets are non-refundable; however you may reschedule ONCE for a later date/time at no charge if you contact us prior to your appointment.

HOW DO I GET TICKETS?

You can buy tickets online or you can buy tickets at the door, which are subject to availability. Booking online is the only way to guarantee your appointment time.

ARE WALK-INS WELCOME?

Online orders are highly recommended and guaranteed. Walk-ins are based on availability and not guaranteed. To ensure entry when you arrive, please book online.

WHEN DO I ARRIVE? IS THERE A TIME LIMIT?

Please arrive 5-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so we can check you in and connect your phone to a Bluetooth remote. You will receive one hour of studio time and can take as many photos as you like within the hour!

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and cash. No checks, please.

 

ARE YOU KID FRIENDLY?

We allow children at the parents discretion. Our studio has gore and violence that are suited for a mature audience. 

 

IF I BRING MY CHILD AND WANT TO WATCH, WILL I NEED TO PAY?

Children 3 and under are free. Non-Participants of children under 3 will be charged an admission fee of $15.

 

DO I HAVE TO STAY WITH MY KID OR CAN I LEAVE THEM?

We highly recommend that children under the age of 13 have an adult present.

 

HOW LONG ARE YOU HERE FOR?

We are a permanent store in Rolling Oaks Mall.

 

WHAT IF I ONLY USE THIRTY MINUTES INSTEAD OF THE FULL HOUR? CAN I COME BACK AND USE THE OTHER THIRTY MINUTES AT A LATER TIME?

Your ticket can only be used once as we are not able to split your studio time between two sessions.

 

ARE FOOD AND BEVERAGES ALLOWED INSIDE?

Food and beverages are not allowed inside so please finish all food and drink prior to entering Horrific Pix

 

WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?

Please bring your fully charged phone/camera and good vibes. We have dressing rooms so feel free to bring a change of clothes, too.

 

CAN I BRING MY PROFESSIONAL CAMERA?

Absolutely! You may bring your DSLR camera but we do not allow any extra photography equipment without prior permission.

 

CAN I BRING MY PET?

We allow pets on certain days. Check out our Instagram for dates.

DO YOU HAVE A RESTROOM?

Public restrooms are available in the Food Court.
